Now click on Drive C"  ( this may be called something else on your Computer but the C bit is usually common"

In the screen that shows click on "Documents and Settings" . You should see something like this

The dark yellow icons are folders normally open to view. The light yellow are mormally hidden from view. This is what the previous step achieved.

Click on your name. In this case Paul. It may be something like User or similar  if your Computer was not personally setup.

A screen similar to this should appear.

Click on " Local Settings "

Now click on "Temp" 

After the Folder opens select all files and delete all  ( Ctrl A, Delete and confirm)

When finished close the Folder. You can reset "Folder Options " back to default if you wish

Restart the Computer as normal .
